There is no better plugin to use to allow buyers and sellers on your marketplace to communicate with each other. It works well, looks good, and the plugin support is very friendly and helpful. 10/10 plugin, would recommend to anyone with a marketplace website!

This plugin has a chance to become the best of its kind when it gets the necessary functional improvements. Despite the good functionality, it is not enough for compatibility with multi-vendor marketplaces. A vendor chat widget should be displayed on a single product page. The admin should get full control over the vendor styles and triggers settings to choose which ones to restrict for the vendor. Then for multi-vendor marketplaces, this plugin will be second to none. Looking forward to the big update. And of course you need to add translation templates for the plugin settings.
