Use this plugin under:
Tools > Delete Comments

Instalação
- Go to Plugins > Add New > Upload > Select ‘delete-all-comments-of-wordpress-website.zip’ > Install Now
- Or unzip and upload ‘delete-all-comments-of-wordpress-website’ to the ‘/wp-content/plugins/’ directory.
- Activate the plugin via the ‘Plugins’ menu.
- Go to Tools > Delete Comments to use the plugin.
