Instructions

Follow these steps to configure and use the EcomFix plugin:

Step 1: Enable Buy Now Button

1. Navigate to Ecomfix > Button Customizer > Configuration in the WordPress admin dashboard.
2. Locate the Configure Buy Now Button section.
3. Enable or disable the Buy Now button for:
   • Single Product Page
   • Shop/Archive Page (Simple Products)
   • Shop/Archive Page (Variable Products)
4. Customize the button text, position, and styling for each page.

Step 2: Add a View Product Button

1. Navigate to Ecomfix > Button Customizer > Configuration in the WordPress admin dashboard.
2. Locate the Configure View Product Button section.
3. Enable or disable the View Product button for shop/archive pages (simple and variable products).
4. Customize the text for the View Product button.

Step 3: Manage Add to Cart Button

1. Navigate to Ecomfix > Button Customizer > Configuration in the WordPress admin dashboard.
2. Locate the Configure Add to Cart Button section.
3. Enable or disable the Add to Cart button for:
   • Shop/Archive Pages
   • Single Product Pages
4. Customize the text and style for the Add to Cart button.

Step 4: Checkout Field Customization

1. Navigate to Ecomfix > Store Checkout > Checkout Settings > Default Checkout in the WordPress admin dashboard.
2. Enable or disable specific fields (e.g., First Name, Last Name, Phone Number, etc.).
3. Mark fields as Required or Optional.
4. Customize the labels and placeholders of the fields.

Step 5: Checkout Field Style

1. Navigate to Ecomfix > Store Checkout > Checkout Style > Default Checkout in the WordPress admin dashboard.
2. Adjust the styling of field labels, input text, backgrounds, and borders.

Step 6: Customize Product Card Style

1. Navigate to Ecomfix > Store Checkout > Checkout Style > Product Card in the WordPress admin dashboard.
2. Modify the layout, background color, borders, and other visual styles of product cards on shop/archive pages.

Step 7: Enable Cart Editing During Checkout

1. Navigate to Ecomfix > Store Checkout > Checkout Settings > Cart option in the WordPress admin dashboard.
2. Enable the option to allow customers to edit their cart directly during checkout.

Step 8: Manage Order Statuses

1. Navigate to Ecomfix > Order Status in the WordPress admin dashboard.
2. Add new custom order statuses as per your requirements.
3. Customize the labels and colors of WooCommerce’s default order statuses.

Known Issues

Add to Cart Button Duplication in Twenty Twenty-Five Theme

• Description: When using the Twenty Twenty-Five theme, the “Add to Cart” button is duplicated on the product pages. This issue occurs only with the Twenty Twenty-Five theme and does not affect other popular themes such as Astra, Hello Elementor, Kadence, OceanWP, and Woostify.
• Cause: This appears to be a compatibility issue specific to the Twenty Twenty-Five theme’s structure or styling. The exact root cause is yet to be determined.
• Workaround: Users experiencing this issue are advised to switch to a different theme if possible.
