I was sick of other plugins trying to everything and wanted a simple seo meta tags plugin that only did that.

Instalação

Upload the entire lh-seo-meta-tags folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.
Navigate to Settings->Reading SEO data section if you wish to set seo meta tags.
