If you’re not comfortable with WordPress on at least a lower intermediate level, you’ll need to spend some time configuring and testing. That said, I’ve found support for SimpleMap Store Locator to be excellent and prompt. It’s exactly what I needed for my project and I’m so glad there are people out there who build such cool tools.
