The Support Dock plugin uses a simple yet powerful traditional support “submit a ticket” system. The submit a ticket system appears as part of the site template and dashboard. Let users contact you directly, and receive responses by email. No need for user’s to access your site dashboard. All responses are emailed to the user’s real mailbox. You recieve email notification each time a new ticket is submitted. You can answer All Tickets from your admin dashboard. This style of professional integration helps you achieve maximum convenience and site security.

Instalação

  1. Install and activate the plugin for you to see a new ‘Support Dock’ menu item on the WP admin dashboard menu.
  2. Simple ADD this shortcode ‘[sdticket]’ to any page on your site to give your users the ability to create and submit tickets.
  3. Navigate to ‘Dashboard > Support Dock’ to view submitted tickets. Navigate to ‘Logs’ to view your site’s support ticket history.
  4. Now your users can get the help they need a little better in WordPress!
