You can validate all post in Tools > WCAG Validator. When you update the post validator generate also a new report.

Instalação

Upload the plugin to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory or install via wordpress.
Activate the plugin through the \’Plugins\’ menu in WordPress
Go to wordpress Toole>WCAG validator and validate all post.
