WP Clean Up can help us to clean up the wordpress database by removing “revision” “draft” “auto draft” “moderated comments” “spam comments” “trash comments” “orphan postmeta” “orphan commentmeta” “orphan relationships” “dashboard transient feed”.
It allows you to optimize your WordPress database without phpMyAdmin.
It adds a settings page to “Dashboard”->”Settings”->”WP Clean Up” where you can clean up the wordpress database.
It allows you to remove the redundant data within few clicks.
It is a effective tool to keep your database clean and surely save a lot of space of your MySQL Database.

It's an old plugin (not updated over 5 years) but it helped me to clean revisions and orphan postmeta and decrease size of my DB. Working good with WP 5.1.1 Thanks!

I don't know if the developer has abandoned this plugin .. or if he just doesn't need to update it. I use it all the time. Still works with 4.8.

I've been using this plugin on over 30 WP sites - I really think that it is one of my best tools for cleaning up junk, transient files etc. I wish all plugins worked this well! Good job and so far flawless!

Installed in wordpress 4.5, its really fast and remove all things you dont need! the database size now its really small, now i can make backups really fast.
