# Cpanel – problem

 * I’m migrating my website to another hosting server, I use the “download-monitor”
   plugin, and am having problems.
 * By accessing the address [http://www.fredericowestphalen-rs.com.br/?page_id=12895](http://www.fredericowestphalen-rs.com.br/?page_id=12895)
   can not download one of these files. Can anyone help me?

 * I’m getting a 500 Internal Server Error. You should check the directory/file 
   permissions for the plugin.
