ERROR ao tentar usar servidor ftp

    Ola… Estou tento problemas na hora de tentar mudar o tema, atualizar qualquer coisa que envolva o serviço FTP…
    o problema é o seguinte:
    eu instalei o WordPress na versão 3.0.1 e na versão 2.9.2
    vou em instalar tema e pede essas informações:
    Nome do Host
    Nome de Utilizador
    Password
    Tipo de Conexão
    Após preencher ocorre o erro :
