HELP..i need somebody to help me..não consigo fazer login no WP

olá a todos..

cá estou outra vez com problemas, mas desta é que a fiz bonita..actualizei o pluggin do WP o bad behavior, tal como costumo fazer quando aparece o aviso..só que desta vez aparece-me este texto todo(ver abaixo) que não percebo o que significa, mas por sinal não deve ser nada de bom, pois simplesmente deixei de poder entrar no administrador do site..faço login e aparece-me este texto td..e não consigo fazer nada..além disso o site está todo desconfigurado..uma miséria..

Se alguém tem alguma ideia como possso resolver este assunto, pf digam-me..
