i can’t access wordpress admin even with the account is the correct password

The site is hosted on hostgator, I put the right email and the right password and it gives an error, I put the email to recover the password then it says that the email field is empty even with the email there. Now I’m in a loop, I can’t do the password reset, I can’t change the email, will I have to delete my site? nor recover the user has the option! all options are perfect to lose site access

O site está hospedado no hostgator, coloco o email certo e a senha certa e dá erro, coloco o email para recuperar a senha então fala que está com o campo de email vazio mesmo com o email lá. Agora fico em um loop, não consigo fazer a redefinição de senha, não posso alterar o email, vou ter que excluir meu site ? nem recuperar o usuário tem a opção! todas as opções são perfeitas para perder o acesso do site
