Remover Imagem Destacada dentro do Post

Olá Pessoal do grande forum WordPress, hehe, estou faz 6 horas pesquisando na internet e fazendo tentativas para resolver meu problema que é:
Preciso deixar a imagem destacada somente na index, com ela miniatura, e não dentro do Post, ví algumas pessoas dizendo para editar o Single, mas eu não achei semelhança dos quais eu busquei, segue abaixo o arquivo Single.php e o arquivo function.php
