Theme Arras, Falha ou erro meu?

Estou com um grande problema no logotipo do meu site, quanto eu tento incluir meu logo em um elemento do css no arquivo default.css, eu não consigo coloca-lo, antes eu conseguia, mas depois que eu add o logo através do painel não consigo mas add em css no arquivo default.css, alguém pode me ajudar, só consigo tirar o logo através do painel, eu gostaria de retira-lo através do código, o painel cria o seguinte código.
