Third-Party Services

This plugin uses external services provided by Papaya Assist to deliver AI chatbot functionality. No data is sent to third-party services until you activate the plugin and connect an account.

• Purpose: Non-streaming chatbot responses
• Data sent: visitor messages, conversation history (last 10 messages), tenant ID

Papaya Assist Streaming API

• Purpose: Real-time streaming AI chat responses (default mode)
• Data sent: visitor messages, conversation history (last 10 messages), tenant ID

• Data sent: tenant ID (URL parameter only)

Amazon S3 (Document Storage)

• Purpose: AI response generation and document embedding (RAG processing)
• Data sent: user queries, conversation context, and document content
