Pages, posts, and the media library get hard to scan once a site grows. Grafucci Folders adds a folder list beside those screens so you can group items and open only what you need.

A folder is a label in the admin. The page keeps its link. The image keeps its file address. Files stay in the uploads folder.

Where the folders show up

Pages, Posts, and WooCommerce Products

The media window for a featured image, the block editor, Elementor, and ACF image, gallery, and file fields
The sidebar while you edit a page, post, or product

What you can do

Create, rename, and delete folders, and put a folder inside another
Drag one item, or the rows you have selected, onto a folder
Move a batch from Bulk actions, or set the folder in Quick Edit
Search the list, pin a folder you use often, and sort by your order, by name, or by date
Switch the icons between filled, outline, and files, and set the color and size
Give a single folder its own color
Upload a new file straight into the folder you have open

If you delete the plugin, the pages, posts, products, and files stay. Only the folders are removed.

Grafucci Folders does not ask you to create an account, and it does not send usage data anywhere.

Instalação

In wp-admin, go to Plugins Add New and search for Grafucci Folders.
Click Install Now, then Activate.
Open Pages, Posts, Products, or Media Library. The folder list is on the left.
Use the plus button, name the folder, and drag a page or a file onto it.

Product folders appear only when WooCommerce is active. Pages, posts, and media work without it.

Perguntas frequentes

Will this change my page links or image URLs?: No. The permalink and the file address stay as they are. The folder exists only in the admin.
Are files moved into real folders on the server?: No. Uploads stay in wp-content/uploads. The plugin does not rename files or move them on disk.
I already use another folder plugin. Can I run both?: No. Turn the other one off first. Grafucci Folders does not copy folders out of FileBird or any other plugin.
Where do I make the first folder?: Open Pages or Media Library. Click the plus button at the top of the folder list, type a name, and choose Create.
Can a folder sit inside another folder?: Yes. When you create a folder, or when you drag one, set Inside to the parent. Use the arrow on the row to open and close that branch.
How do I move a lot of pages at once?: Tick the pages, choose Move to folder in Bulk actions, pick the folder, and click Apply. One page can also be set from Quick Edit. Dragging the selected rows onto a folder does the same job.
Do folders show up when I pick an image?: Yes, in WordPress’s own media window. That includes Set featured image, adding an image in the block editor, an Elementor image control, and an ACF image, gallery, or file field.
If a folder is open and I click Add New, where does the upload go?: Into that folder. The file is still saved in the normal uploads directory.
I deleted a folder. Are the pages or images gone?: No. Those items move to Unassigned. A folder that was inside the deleted one moves up one level. Nothing is sent to the trash.
What goes away if I uninstall?: The folders, and the record of which item was in which folder. Your pages, posts, products, and files stay, and their URLs do not change.
Do I need WooCommerce?: No. Product folders are added only when WooCommerce is active.
Does it send data to Grafucci or need an account?: No. There is no signup and no usage tracking.
