WordPress don´t generate email

I have an issue to generate emails from wordpress.

Using WP Mail SMTP or not I am not able to send email for my users from wordpress.

I am using the PublishPress Planner plugin to send emails to all users. It was working in the past. But I don’t know what happened it stopped to work.

I tryed to deactivated all the plugins but the problem still.

Error Message during test to send e-mail (using WP Mail SMTP):

2026-03-31 16:45:03 Connection: opening to ssl://smtp-pt.securemail.pro:465, timeout=30, options=array()
2026-03-31 16:45:03 Connection: stream_socket_client not available, falling back to fsockopen

I think that the problem is in the WordPress configuration, because when I try update or create new user I receive a message error too:

A critical error has occurred on this website. Please check the site administrator’s email for instructions. If you continue to experience problems, please try the support forum.

But no email is sent to my site administrator’s email.
